Project Description: This project involved the complete design of MarketHub, a web application developed to simplify customer and order management for a fast-paced printing and advertising company. The objective was to design an intuitive system where users can view customer details, process new orders, track ongoing projects, and manage invoices — all within a single platform. The design emphasized clarity, accessibility, and workflow efficiency, providing the business with a structured system that supports both internal team coordination and client satisfaction. The final result was a clean, responsive interface that reflects professionalism while enhancing productivity.
Process: The process began with stakeholder interviews to understand daily operational challenges in managing customer data and print job tracking. Based on insights, I mapped out user flows for order creation, status tracking, and client communication. Wireframes were created to establish hierarchy between key modules — Customers, Orders, Invoices, and Reports. After refining layouts, I designed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, focusing on a functional dashboard layout with easy navigation, color-coded order statuses, and data visualization for quick overviews. Usability testing was conducted to ensure smooth interactions and quick access to essential tools.
Process:
The process began with researching AI learning models and analyzing how users interact with educational chat interfaces. Based on this, user flows were mapped for question answering, feedback display, and topic discussions.
Wireframes were created to visualize the learning conversation flow and feedback structure. High-fidelity prototypes were then developed in Figma, using a clean color palette, smooth animations, and intuitive layouts to keep focus on interaction and comprehension. Usability testing ensured that the experience felt natural and supportive — encouraging curiosity and deeper engagement with each topic.
Struggles:
The main challenge was optimizing the interface for users managing multiple tasks simultaneously — such as handling client inquiries while tracking live print jobs. Striking a balance between displaying detailed data and maintaining a clean, minimal layout required several iterations. Additionally, ensuring scalability for future features like analytics and automated billing demanded thoughtful design structure and system planning.
