The Struggle
One of the main challenges during this project was designing a CMS that balanced simplicity with powerful functionality. The client needed a system that could handle multiple property listings, broker profiles, and real-time updates without overwhelming the user. Ensuring a smooth experience for non-technical users required thoughtful UX decisions, clear navigation, and well-structured content architecture. Additionally, optimizing the interface for both desktop and mobile users demanded extensive testing and iteration to achieve the right balance between usability and performance.
