Project Description: This project involved the full design of the TennisKhelo platform, aiming to deliver a clear and engaging user experience across web and mobile. The objective was to design a user-centric interface that supports multiple personas—players, academies and parents—enabling tournament registration, leaderboard tracking, and community connection.
The final product presents a modern, sports-driven look and feel, making tennis participation accessible and fun.

The process began with user research involving players and academies to understand pain-points such as finding opponents, scheduling matches, and tracking performance. Based on insights, user flows were mapped for tournament registration, match tracking, and academy profiles. Wireframes followed, focusing on streamlined navigation and clear event hierarchy. High-fidelity prototypes were then created in Figma, emphasizing bold visuals, intuitive filters and responsive layouts. After usability testing and iterations, the interface was refined to support multiple devices and user types, resulting in a polished and versatile platform.

Struggles:
The biggest challenge was addressing the variety of user personas—players, academies and parents—each with different needs, while maintaining a unified design system. Ensuring the platform scaled for tournaments of various sizes and supported real-time updates (leaderboards, match statuses) required thoughtful data presentation and performance optimisation.
